We don't accept returns on items that have been washed, worn, or have their tags removed.

Any damage or bad condition of purchased merchandise must be notified by email to mailto:info@shopusatex.com, including proof of condition and photos to Seller within 24 hours of the receipt of goods to qualify for refund and returns approval.
